Who we are
AlaGo is passenger transport in Almaty in our own minibus. We are not a dispatch service that hands out orders to random cars off the street: we have one vehicle — a Toyota Hiace with 13 seats — and one driver who meets the guests himself, drives the minibus himself and is personally responsible for every detail of the trip: from pickup at your door to the ride back late in the evening. That is exactly why it is best to book your date in advance — we have no backup vehicle.

An assigned driver: what it gives you
When you book a minibus, you entrust the driver with your loved ones, the guests at your celebration or a team of colleagues. With ride-hailing aggregators, anyone can turn up in the car: one driver today, another tomorrow, and no one to hold accountable. At AlaGo, the same person always drives you, and he is responsible for the trip personally: there is no dispatcher between you.
His driving experience is more than 20 years — he knows the roads of Almaty, the region and long-distance routes from experience, not from a navigation app. If you need to clarify something before or during the trip, you deal directly with the driver — no middlemen and no call forwarding.
Our vehicle
We work with a Toyota Hiace minibus with 13 passenger seats. In the cabin: air conditioning, DVD, TV, MP3, reclining seats, power door. The vehicle undergoes scheduled maintenance, and passenger insurance is arranged for every trip. How we set the price
We price honestly and for the whole minibus, not per passenger. The price already includes the vehicle, the driver, fuel and pickup within the city; extra waiting and pickup outside the city are agreed in advance — no fine print in the contract. You know the final amount in advance, and it does not change on the way. Companies can pay by bank transfer, with a contract and closing documents.

The same driver every time, with more than 20 years of experience: we have one minibus and one person who drives it. The vehicle is not handed over to random relief drivers off the street, and you know in advance who will be driving you. We send the name and number before pickup.

Yes. Passenger insurance is arranged for every trip, and the minibus undergoes scheduled maintenance.
Can a company pay by bank transfer?
Yes, companies can pay by bank transfer, with a contract and closing documents. Individuals usually find it easiest to pay in cash or by Kaspi transfer (a Kazakh banking app).
Where do you drive?
We work across Almaty and the whole Almaty Region, as well as all over Kazakhstan. We make long-distance and international trips — to Kyrgyzstan and Russia. We agree on the route in advance.
How many people fit in the minibus?
Our Toyota Hiace has 13 passenger seats — soft reclining seats, with air conditioning and multimedia. The price is the same for the first passenger and the thirteenth — you pay for the whole cabin, not per seat. One minibus replaces several taxis.
