Intercity trips and day trips are priced by destination: Medeu and Shymbulak from 30,000 ₸, Kapchagay from 60,000 ₸, Charyn Canyon from 80,000 ₸, Lake Balkhash from 150,000 ₸. The price is always for the whole minibus, not per passenger.
What’s included in the price, and what’s paid separately?
The price includes the Toyota Hiace minibus, the driver, fuel and pickup anywhere in Almaty. Pickup outside the city, paid parking and extra waiting time are agreed separately; on day trips, national park entrance fees and the local off-road vehicle to Kaindy Lake are paid on site. We quote the price before departure, and it doesn’t go up on the road.
How many people fit in the minibus?
13 passenger seats. All 13 ride if they travel light; if everyone has a large suitcase or bulky gear, we take up to 9 passengers — we agree on what you’re bringing when you book. The price is the same for one person or thirteen.
There are more than thirteen of us — what can we do?
We have one minibus of our own, so we can’t promise two of our vehicles at once. There are two options: take the group in two back-to-back trips if time allows or, when everyone needs to leave at the same time, find a partner minibus for your date. Tell us the number of people and the date — we’ll tell you what’s realistically possible.
Do you work at night and on weekends?
Yes, 24/7, with no days off: early departures, night arrivals, taking guests home late after a toi. We fix the pickup time when you book — the same on weekdays and weekends.
Do you drive outside Almaty and Kazakhstan?
Yes. Intercity trips across Kazakhstan — Astana, Karaganda, Shymkent, Turkestan, Semey, Ust-Kamenogorsk; to Kyrgyzstan — Bishkek, Issyk-Kul, Karakol; to Russia — Omsk, Novosibirsk and further by arrangement. The price is for the whole minibus, by destination; at the border, every passenger needs an ID document.
Do you work with companies?
Yes: a contract, an invoice and accounting documents for your bookkeeping. Regular staff transport or a school route is set up under a contract at a fixed price.
