Time runs from the moment the minibus arrives until the end of the trip; if you need more, the rental is extended by the hours actually used. There’s no per-kilometer meter, and the rate doesn’t go up in traffic jams: you know the hourly price in advance.
How hourly rental differs from a transfer and daily rental
The formats solve different problems. A transfer is a trip from point A to point B at a fixed price (to the airport, for example), without hourly waiting or long stops. Hourly rental is for when there are several stops and the vehicle needs to wait for you between them. And if you need the minibus for a whole day or several days in a row, daily or long-term minibus rental is better value — with discounts for longer periods. For out-of-town routes, a fixed price is the better choice — for example, for day trips to Charyn, Kolsai or the mountains.
