- Rental for a day or several days — the vehicle and driver stay with you the whole time: two days at Charyn and Kolsai, a night on the shore of Lake Alakol, a long trip with an overnight stop on the way. Longer rentals get a discount, and we calculate the price by the route and the number of days.
What the rental price includes

Pickup outside the city and paid parking are paid separately; extra waiting time is agreed in advance. How rental with a driver differs from self-drive hire
People often find us by searching for “rental” and expect to be handed the keys. That’s not how we work: the Hiace always goes out with its own driver. Carrying passengers takes a separate license category, rules on the driver’s working and rest hours, and passenger insurance; all of that stays our job, not yours. The practical upshot is simple: we don’t take a deposit on the vehicle, we’re responsible for its condition and for the road, and no one in your group spends seven hours driving instead of resting. Behind the wheel is always the same person, with more than 20 years of driving experience.
How pickup works
You give us the date, time, pickup address and route — we give you the price before departure, and it doesn’t change on the road. Within the city and to the airport, we can often go the same day; for intercity trips and day trips it’s best to book 1–3 days ahead, and a week ahead in summer and on holidays. We bring the minibus to your door anywhere in Almaty with no separate pickup charge, and the driver helps load your things into the luggage compartment. Payment is in cash, by Kaspi transfer (a Kazakh banking app) or by bank invoice for companies, with a contract and accounting documents. If your plans change, let us know at least a day in advance and cancellation is free.
